Quality

Our policy is that the basis of sound business lies in delivering quality products to our customers within agreed timescales and specifications. In addition to this basic premise, we firmly believe that if we are to continue to succeed, we must constantly seek ways in which to improve the quality of our products and service.

In order to help achieve this policy we employ a quality assurance system which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. In addition we are proud to be one of approximatly only 60 companies in the UK to have qualified for SC21 accreditation with Bronze star.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the standard our quality system is based on the philosophy that the prevention of problems is preferable to curing them.

We also recognise that, whilst the resources and management needed to run an effective quality system rest with management; it can only succeed if everyone in the company plays their part. Consequently, everyone associated with our business is encouraged to identify problems and recommend actions to prevent them.

By practical application of quality assurance principles and adherence to our quality system we aim to fulfil our basic business objective of “Quality First”.

Performance Metrics

As part of our SC21 accreditation we are required to publish internally and reconcile with our key customers our delivery and quality metrics as shown in the performance graphs below.

Production Management

To assist with quality assurance and the smooth running of the company we use the Factory Master production ERP which monitors and manages manufacturing activities and gives full stock control and traceability.



Factory Master is applied at every level in our business starting from the very first quotation through to production, route cards, stock control, materials, data capture and delivery. As an integral part of our business Factory Master allows us to offer the highest levels of production assurance and quality to our customers at every level.
