In 2012 we expanded and improved our sheet metal section which included dedicated fabrication and assembly areas.

CNC Forming

CNC forming is carried out on a state of the art 2570mm 7 axis 80 ton Amada press brake.

CNC Punching

We operate a state of the art Amada 1270mm x 2500mm turret punch press capable of handling 3.2mm sheets and a 480/m hit rate.

Sheetmetal Fabrication

Our facilities include TIG, MIG and 150KAV spot welding as well as oxy-acetylene welding capability with a dedicated 1500mm x 750mm welding table with full extraction. Our facilities also include a dedicated 2400mm x 1200mm fabrication table.

Assembly

Large assembly area with full range of bench top facilities and production line set up suited for mechanical fixture assembly as well as electrical and elctronic component assembly. Other assembly services include labelling and numbering as well as management of outsourced services such as metal finishing.
