Precision Machining

Each of the Doosan DNM CNC machining centres offers tool setting probes and auto break and wear detection for added quality and efficiency.

All of our machines are networked to our CAD/CAM department for online programming as well as being easily programmable by the operator through Windows Based Controls.

The Doosans offer a wide range of CNC milling capability including thin wall machining, pocketing and fin work. We hold a range of quality tooling from major quality tool suppliers such as Kennametal, Seco and MitsuCarbide as well as using a number of other companies for specialist requirements.

90% of our CNC milling is in aluminium which is a material we are highly familiar with in all of its alloy forms, especially the aerospace alloys.

4 Axis Machining

Our CNC Doosan DNM 650 is fitted with a nikken CNC rotary table for fourth axis milling capability allowing for complex surfaces and easy milling of awkward angles in a single hit.
