Aerospace

Aerospace work consists of sheetmetal fabrication and CNC machining using aerospace grade alloys. Our specialist service being the design and fabrication of dip brazed enclosures. Combining years of experience and expertise with precision inspection we are able to offer zero defect goods of the highest quality. Customers include Thales, Bristo Helicopters and BAE.

Defence

Defence work includes both CNC machined components and precision CNC sheet metal fabrications. Applications include manufacture of components for military vehicles, tanks, navel vessels and missle systems. Customers include BAE, Ultra Electronics and U-Tacs

Electronics

Electronics applications include components for the music and entertainment industry as well as communications. We also offer a specialist service fabricating electronics enclosures for instruments and 19" card racks etc. Finishing is an important element of component manufacture within the electronics industry, especially so where aluminium parts require conductive/non-conductive surface treatments such as anodising and dual finishing.

Motorsport

The motorsport sector choose Paramount because of our quick turnaround and flexible manufacturing service. We are able to machine prototype parts from solid models quickly at short notice, as well as being able to scale production up where required.

Automotive

Much of our automotive work is for special purpose vehicles and utility vehicles such as airport vehicles and geotechnical exploration jeeps/trucks etc. Specialist applications include broadcast vehicles and radio vans. Customers include the Cobham Group.

Medical

We undertake machining and sheetmetal fabriation for the medical sector including instrument enclosures, and machine housings. Customers include Smiths Medical.
