 We
undertake CNC milling for components upto upto 762mm(x),
510mm(y), 255mm(z) and operate 6 CNC milling centres including
3 Cincinnati
Arrow
750 CNC machining centres and 3 Bridgeport Series Ii
CNC machines suited for prototype to large batch runs quickly.
All of our machines are less than 5 years old we
are able
to
guarantee quality and repeatability. Each of the Cincinnati
Arrow
750 CNC machining centres offers tool setting probes and
auto break and wear detection for added quality and efficiency.
All
of our machines
are networked to our CAD/CAM department for online programming
as well as being easily programmable by the operator through
the Acromatic 2100 Windows Based Controls.
The
cincinnati offers a wide range of CNC milling capability
including thin
wall machining, pocketing and fin work. We hold a range of
quality tooling from major quality tool suppliers such as
Kennametal, Seco and MitsuCarbide as well as using a number
of other companies for specialist requirements.

of our CNC milling is in aluminium which is a material we
are highly familiar with in all of its alloy forms, especially
the aerospace alloys.
