Paramount
Precision Engineering Ltd, based in New Malden, Surrey, offer
CNC machining, sheetmetal engineering, fabrication
and general precision engineering services primarily to the
defence and electronics sector.
Established
in 1948, Paramount moved to its current site in
1984 and employs 20 people.

We
work with "Pro-Engineer" which allows us to import solid
model files in most formats. Paramount
is one of only a few companies that
are certified
by Thales Defence to produce complete drawing free manufacture
from 3 dimensional solid models.
This
reduces prove out times and manufacturing costs, enabling
competitive pricing to be provided.

Brazing & Design |

 Paramount
Precision Engineering are specialist designers of dip brazed
fabrications used predominantly throughout the aerospace
sector for lightweight instrument and electronics enclosures.
Dip
brazed fabrications offer joints as strong as the base metal
without the extra weight of welded seems. The process
offers options for complex components cost effectivly.

We
offer 3 axis CNC milling from solids models, CAD format
or paper drawings. Standardising on the Cincinnati Arrow
750
which offers a travel of 762mm(x), 510mm(y), 255mm(z) we
are able to offer a scalable service from prototype to production
batch work.
